Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking any services from FrameSync Labs. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About Us
FrameSync Labs is an independently operated digital services provider based in the United Kingdom. We offer remote PC optimization services tailored to gaming performance.
Services
Our services include scheduled remote optimization sessions, during which we access and adjust system settings on your PC to improve gaming performance. All services are delivered remotely via secure screen-sharing software.
Booking and Payment
All services must be booked in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

In summary:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free.

Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 20% fee.

One reschedule is allowed for no-shows; additional missed appointments will be forfeited.

Due to the nature of this service, refunds will not issued after the service has been delivered or substantially performed.
Customer Responsibilities
By booking our service, you agree to:

Provide a fully functional PC and stable internet connection.

Be available at the scheduled time and respond to technician instructions.

Refrain from interfering with the session unless requested.

Not change any settings during your 7-day warranty period.
You retain full control and can end the session at any time, but doing so may result in forfeiting the session if the service was already underway.
Intellectual Property
Any tools, scripts, processes, or configurations used during your session remain the intellectual property of FrameSync Labs. You may not copy, share, or reproduce them without permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to optimize your system safely and effectively, we are not liable for:

Issues arising from pre-existing hardware or software problems.

Performance limitations due to your system specifications.

Any indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked session.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a session at our discretion if:

We detect unsafe, abusive, or suspicious behavior.

The customer fails to provide access or participate.

The system is not suitable for optimization.
In such cases, we will offer a refund or reschedule if appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
