Refund & Cancellation Policy - FrameSync Labs

At FrameSync Labs, we provide remote PC optimization services for gamers by appointment. Because each session is tailored and time is reserved specifically for each client, we ask that customers respect the scheduled appointment time and communicate any changes in advance.
Refunds
Due to the nature of this service - a one-time, personalized remote session - we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been delivered or substantially performed.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

A technical issue on our end prevents us from delivering the service.

We are unable to reschedule the appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

You cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no charge if we receive your request at least 24 hours in advance.

If you miss your scheduled appointment or fail to notify us, you are eligible for one free reschedule.

Any additional no-shows will result in the session being forfeited, and the amount refunded, minus 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel certain services. However, by scheduling a specific session date and agreeing to receive the service at that time, you acknowledge and accept that:

Your right to cancel is waived once the service has commenced.
Post-Optimization Support
We offer 7 days of free post-optimization support following the completion of your service.
Please note that we do not recommend changing anything within that timeframe and this warranty will be void if any changes to the settings applied by our team are made by you or any third party without our prior written approval.
During this period, you can reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or issues related to the optimization performed. We're here to ensure everything runs smoothly and you’re fully satisfied with the results.
